Early February, Mostafa Akbari successfully defended his PhD Dissertation on Shellular Funicular Structures. Dr. Akbari’s work is focused on designing a novel form finding technique in the context of graphic statics for constructing shellular funicular structures. Additionally, he has concentrated on fabricating these structures using self-folding technique.
