Simone (Yi Yang) is a first-year student in the MArch program at the Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania. Simone holds a Bachelor’s degree of Arts from Pomona College, where she double majored in mathematics and art history and minored in French. Currently, Simone is working as a research assistant at the Polyhedral Structures Laboratory, participating in model-making and graphics. With a passion for design, mathematics, and the arts, she is excited to explore the intersection of these fields in her work.
